Albany (NY) Alumni Chapter 

Founded in 1971

The Krimson & Kream at the Kasino was on May 5, 2018 at Rivers Casino & Resort in Schenectady,  NY.  Over $40,000 in scholarships awarded to high school seniors over the last few years.

 

The Fraternity and Chapter continues to mourn the loss of our beloved Brother Jeffrey Fryar.  God called Brother Fryar home on December 3, 2016.  His love for this fraternity was unwavered, having dedicated 15 spirited years as a member of the organization.

 

The 2015 Black and White Scholarship Ball held on May 2, 2015 was a huge success.  Close to $30,000 in scholarships and prizes awarded the last three years.

The Fraternity Giving Back -

Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. raised over $1.5 million for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital to help find cures and save children with pediatric cancer and other life-threatening diseases.

The Northeastern Province was established in 1930 when James E. Allen was appointed the first Northeastern Province Polemarch by then Grand Polemarch, Archie A. Alexander.

The Northeastern Province is made up of 40 undergraduate and 30 alumni chapters.  It covers a geographical area spanning from the tip of New England in the north through Delaware in the south, and Pennsylvania in the west.  It also covers Germany and the United Kingdom.

In addition to Germany and the United Kingdom, the province spans the following states:  Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New York, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. 

The Northeastern Province is led by Craig C. Chisholm, Province Polemarch.
